We have a full range of sewn products on offer from cot sides to trolley covers. We can manufacture in a wide range of materials sizes and shapes and have many different interior options. Richardsons have a facility for taping or sonically welding products to give a completely sealed item. Using this process we manufacture birthing mattresses and cot sides, rescue mattresses and trolley covers.

Sewn products cost less than moulded products and are more suitable in certain applications. We have a large range of materials and interiors available which we can combine to meet your requirements.
